Preditors and Editors, a fantastic writers’ resource website, is conducting a readers’ poll, and one of my stories has been nominated. The story, “The Love Quest of Smidgen the Snack Cake,” appeared in 2009 in issue 108 of Space and Time Magazine. It’s the darkly funny tale of a futuristic snack cake with a mind of its own who sets out to win the heart (and stomach) of a desperate dieter.
