Sometimes, doing the right thing can feel like the exact wrong thing to do. This week, for example, I had to make a decision not to attend an event, and I knew the event would be beneficial in many ways…but the timing was terrible. I knew in my heart that the right thing to do was to put other priorities first, and I’m glad I did, I know it was right, but it still feels wrong. It feels like I’m missing out on a great opportunity. Hopefully, there will be more such opportunities coming along in the future, maybe even better ones. Meanwhile, I’m going to make sure I get my other priorities squared away and work harder than ever to find other opportunities with better timing. See you soon.
