Well, it’s our first real blow of the winter! Even as I type this, sleet or freezing rain is pattering the windows of my room. The wind is gusting hard, and the temperature is below freezing. The streets and driveway are filling with frozen nastiness, laying the groundwork for an unhappy morning for yours truly. If my wife doesn’t get the call for a delay at school, she’ll have to navigate this crap to get to work. It’s more likely that I’ll have to go in, unless my employer decides on a work-from-home policy for the day. No matter what, I’m not looking forward to it. So it’s off to bed now, though I’ve plenty of work still to do in my office. Better hit the hay in anticipation of the wintry mix fun. See you soon.
